DO NOT SIGN “CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT” WHEN GETTING A LOAN

When getting a loan of any kind from any company or bank that offers you a cash loan, do not sign a “Confession of Judgment”. Why? If you miss just “one” payment, the agreement states that the loan operation lending you the money can legally just start taking the loan amount due out of your bank account and not even have to alert you about it, then forever after continue taking the loan amount due from your bank account, potentially draining your bank account of all your funds deposited in your bank without you ever knowing that it is happening.

And, yes, the agreement will hold up in a court of law if you make the mistake of signing this particular loan document that you may be asked to sign off on when getting a loan.
