Current funding for law enforcement can be decreased and diverted by city and state political leaders to instead put more available taxpayer dollars into community health and safety programs in whatever dollar amounts city and state governments deem necessary. Defunding will likely begin in the 20 largest American cities first, since these cities are where people feel they are most abused by unjust and unfair law enforcement.
Unlike many cities and towns in America, people living in America’s big cities feel big cities are becoming unsafe to live in. City and state governments are obligated to protect the lives and property of all people, everyone from poor people to business owners, and no one should have to suffer bad behavior and crimes by the hands of a few. There is no U.S. military or city and/or state police presence large enough in the U.S. to non-violently protect citizens from large groups of people numbering in the tens of thousands when these large groups choose to organize and act simultaneously in America’s largest cities.
American political leaders, who control law enforcement and the U.S. military, cannot humanely use force against large groups of people in America. The citizenry of America’s largest cities would not forgive the politicians if they used force against these large groups because these groups consist of the young sons and daughters of the leaders and voters in America’s largest cities.
When the coronavirus pandemic of 2020 took hold in the U.S. creating a new ‘stay- at-home’ sub-culture in America, many families everywhere started reassessing priorities and values deciding that the ‘big city’ may be a good place to visit but not such a good place to live. Consequently, corporate conglomerates also learned during the pandemic that they could have large numbers of their employees ‘work from anywhere’, so now more and more people inhabiting America’s largest cities, many of whom believe in ‘earning a good life’, will relocate to safer, ‘law and order’ cities and towns to raise a family and live in peace.
Police officers in big cities, today, will start walking away from the big cities in droves and those that get hired to replace them will only be willing to write up the paperwork on crimes, but will not put their own reputations on the line or risk their own lives to enforce the law. Why would they? It is not worth it just to live in a big city in America.
The remaining big city inhabitant ‘haves’ will arm themselves to protect their families and property from the ‘have nots’. It has reportedly already been said that the ‘have nots’ may decide the property of the ‘haves’ belongs to the ‘have nots’ and must be taken by force if necessary.
The ‘have nots’, reportedly, want to have their own armed militias to create their own rule of law because they do not trust the laws of the ‘haves’. Critics charge, forget having to earn a good life because only guaranteed income, rent, food, illegal drugs and health care, without having to work for it, will keep the ‘have nots’ from taking the property of the ‘haves’.
Only a 90% wealth tax on large corporations (that gives 30% of a company’s profits back to all its employees, 30% for company capital expenditures to grow and expand the company, and 30% going to government taxes, and no company stock ‘buybacks’ allowed for companies that are ‘not’ cash rich and leveraged with debt) will incentivize employees to work harder and take pride in the companies they work for which, in turn, will motivate people who do not work for wealthy corporations to educate themselves and work harder to land a coveted job inside a prosperous corporation with U.S. government mandated profit-sharing. This may also help slow down outside, ‘bad actor’ governments worldwide from constantly trying to divide and conquer the people in America.
In the meantime, America’s big cities may face more and more acts of home-grown terror, everything from sniping to bomb-making. Nowadays, terrorists are being encouraged by other terrorists to be “leaderless” which helps them escape detection by law enforcement and government agencies worldwide. Under this scenario, leaderless terrorist acts would be committed by small groups (cells) and/or individuals without direction from others, in effect, making every terrorist a potential “leader”.
Additionally, terrorist acts against Americans may too often become known to government intelligence and law enforcement giving these officials prior warnings, just days in advance. However, the public at large, as well as public and private company employees in and around the areas threatened by the terrorists may never hear about or be aware of the forewarned threats or warning signals because the “tip” may not filter down to the citizenry, company employees and others that are working in or around the site of a potential terrorist act. Then, unfortunately, to ‘save face’, when a terrorist act does occur the government may claim there were no prior warnings.
