FINDING THE NEXT STEVE JOBS

Companies and big corporations are shooting themselves in the foot by requiring job applicants to have a college degree if innovation is what the employer is looking for in prospective employees. Some of the most innovative ideas in the world have come from people without college degrees!

What should really possibly matter as much or more from an individual you are considering hiring is passion and intensity.
